I must admit, I was a fan of the Biggest Looser. We must keep in mind that the brothers were under doctor's watch, a great trainer and probably a good dialectician. Not to say they did not do plenty of hard work themselves, but it was not alone like many people try to lose tie weight.

Great advice about walking. My neighbor just took off 25 lbs by walking. And squats, hate them, but you are right, they are great to shape one's body.

Oprah, who seemingly has "everything" is plagued by the weight issue. With all her money and contacts to health, wellness, fitness and doctors, she still can't solve it. Guess she is mortal after all.
