Mental Health Humor

Humor and Mental Health can be a fine line, yet it is a line the needs to be crossed.  We with mental disorders have to learn like the old adage that says "laughter is the best medicine". This is why I started my little site http://www.mentalhealthhumor.com to try and add a little humor via cartoons into our often to serious worlds.  I'm trying something a little different, to draw them from the consumers point of view and to keep them all on mental Health issues.

I'm inviting you to our free site. We are not selling you anything, but rather giving away a little hope.  If you or a loved one is dealing with a brain disorder such as depression, bipolar disorder or any other type of mood disorder. We want to encourage you an tell you that even with such serious issues that it is O.K. to laugh.

Humor can help and on our blog each day we post a new cartoon I've drawn and add a little commentary about the subject.

In the end, I'm just a guy, father and consumer trying to make a small difference one cartoon at a time.
